Dates: 9am to 4pm, Monday through Friday

Location: The Schottenstein Center 555 Borror Drive, Columbus, Ohio 43210

                Northeast Rotunda

                (Faculty/Staff are able to park in Northeast Lot)

Requirements – Faculty/Staff must bring printed copy of approved eRequest to pick-up kits 

​Recommendation – Orders no larger than 30 per pick-up
